Photographer and author born in Paris, Michel Temman began his photographic journey at a very young age, traveling from continent to continent—Europe, America, Asia. His work develops a unique photographic abstraction characterized by vibrant colors, floating forms, and landscapes that straddle the line between reality and imagination. He was a recipient of the Canon Foundation Award in 1995.
The works of Michel TEMMAN are presented on IKONO ART on the occasion of the exhibition "Yokohama photographed from Meiji to Reiwa" organised by the French Institute of Yokohama in partnership with Ikono Art and Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, from June 25 to July 12, 2026.
