Geoffrey Bouillot In the serie MECHANICAL HEROES, Geoffrey Bouillot deconstruct the iconic figures of pop culture to reflect the repetition, mass production, and modularity that define our contemporary society. Each character is fragmented into mechanical parts, resembling pieces of a larger puzzle that can be endlessly reassembled. This process mirrors the overproduction and saturation of images in today’s culture, where icons are replicated and reinterpreted to the point of becoming interchangeable. The series explores the tension between individuality and standardization.
