 NUE is a Japanese chimera (yokai) composed of a monkey, a snake, and a tiger that Harry Kazan associate with three elements: air, water, and fire.

The monkey with its playful nature and ability to move quickly, embodies the qualities of air, and symbolizes freedom, mobility, and communication.
The snake, with its ability to slither and move smoothly, is linked to the element of water evoking fluidity and adaptability.
Finally, the tiger, with its energy and fierce temperament, is associated with the element of fire, symbolizing passion, strength, and power.

Harry Kazan represent NUE in a triptych that include three symetric composition of the same representation of NUE, but includes specific details of each element. By creating a disociated copy of NUE, the artist attend to force the public to recompose a single image, and in the same while create a unity of the elements and their symbolic that compose our world.
