Tokyo Palette treats Tokyo as a visual condition: a city that has grown beyond legibility, where infrastructure, architecture, and ornament collapse into a single restless plane. The photographs bring all urban elements to occupy a similar foreground position, carrying the same visual weight. Post-war concrete sits next to glass towers and traces of traditional architecture as though time were only accumulated, each decade pressed against the next without distance.
